Ck3 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ck3 platform. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on the ck3 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ck3 platform.
These terms also apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, accessible via the links at the bottom of this website. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ck3 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without notice.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the ck3 platform.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Ck3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of our compliance process. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary restriction on your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules of Use
As a ck3 platform user, you agree to use it for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Manipulating or exploiting any technical bugs.
- Using another person's account or sharing accounts.
- Identity fraud or impersonation of another individual.
- Any money laundering or illegal financing activities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ck3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers and approved digital wallets.
- Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and available methods are determined by account type. All deposits are subject to verification.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days, subject to successful identity verification.
- Refunds: ck3 does not guarantee refunds for losses incurred during betting. All completed transactions are final.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations related to their winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
Ck3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals suspected of involving fraud until an investigation is concluded. All funds suspected of being obtained through illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The ck3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. ck3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform, including betting losses resulting from unavoidable technical disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the ck3 platform are the exclusive property of ck3 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ck3.
Third-Party Links
The ck3 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. ck3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ck3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a competent authority. In cases of closure due to a terms breach, any remaining account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.
Changes to Terms
Ck3 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the ck3 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the ck3 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
